Your Design Store accepts cancellations only before the order is moved to the "Processing Stage".

Any order (COD or online payment) that isn’t in the processing stage can be
canceled by either:

• Sending an email to Purchase@merakigroupglobal.com (With a reference to the order number)
• Call our support on +91 873 501 9607

In case the order has moved into a processing stage, then under no circumstance can we accept the cancellation.
